Five Sutras of the Aquarian Age
1. Understand through compassion, otherwise, you will misunderstand the
times.
2. Recognize the other person is you.
3. When the time is on you, start and the pressure will be off.
4. There is a way through every block.
5. Vibrate the cosmos and the cosmos shall clear the path.

Request a 40 Day Meditation
40 Days has historically been known as a very sacred time period. It is
a length of time often referred to in the Bible and other ancient scriptures
for enacting change. Doing something for 40 days can make or break a habit
in a person. If you are consistent in your personal practice,it can clear
old subconscious patterns, set up new positive patterns, and change your
life for the better.

Words from Swamiji
People who are nasty, irritating, annoying or who seemingly work against
you, may have been sent in order to show you that you are intolerant,
impatient, capable of ill will, spite, retaliation or a spirit of vengefulness.
Unless you are provoked, how can you know what is within you?
So we must constantly try to see how to unfold our higher nature. Then
life becomes very interesting. It will have something to tell us every
moment. Rather than being something to be avoided, annoyances may be a
challenge, a warning, or a helping hand.

Tantric Numerology
Numerology is an ancient science that has recently come to the United
States in its original form. It was taught to me by Yogi Bhajan, a master
of Kundalini Yoga and meditation. Numerology is not an answer to all questions,
nor a panacea or philosophy. It is simply a useful tool for understanding
ones strengths and weaknesses, and for working on the weaknesses and utilizing
the strengths more effectively. This system of numerology is based upon
the total being: mental, physical, and spiritual. Although it is not generally
understood in Western society, we actually have ten bodies not one. The
physical body we are familiar with is the fifth body out of the ten. "Tantric"
means the intersection of the warp and the woof. It is the cross point
of the diagonal energy between the negative and positive polarities. The
earliest form of tantric practice is what we know today as "white
tantric". White tantric refers to the pure meditative experience
of these intersecting energies. It is performed in a group under the guidance
of the Mahan Tantric and it allows us to raise our frequency much more
quickly than by meditating alone. Three minutes in the blue aura produced
by a white tantric meditation is equal to 90 years of meditating alone.
Most people today associate "tantric" with the lower form called
"red tantric". This is the sexual tantric to which you refer.
It's much less powerful and much more difficult to do. There's also a
debased form of tantric called "black tantric" which is essentially
using the tantric energy to manipulate other people. Not recommended.
With reference to the numerology... Tantric Numerology is also known as
Akhara Numerology. It was taught by the Mahan Tantric in ancient times
and was taught to us by Yogi Bhajan. Hope this sheds some light on the
matter. There are a couple of good books on Tantric available on our web
store.

Yogi Tea Recipe
3 1/2 gallon water
1/2 cup cardamom pods
1/3 cup whole cloves
1/2 lb. gingerroot, thinly sliced
15 cinnamon sticks
4 black tea bags
1 gallon milk
Bring water to boil in a 5 gallon pot. add cloves and let dance for 1-2
minutes. Add cardamom, cloves, ginger and cinnamon. cover and simmer for
at least 45 minutes. Add black tea and milk. Bring to boiling point and
immediately remove from heat. Allow to stand, unstrained, until almost
time to serve (this will increase potency of tea and most spices will
settle to the bottom). Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired.
Mung Beans and Rice
Makes 8 Servings
Mung beans are high in natural vegetable protein, rich in important minerals,
and very easy to digest. They are an excellent staple that you can use
as a healing mono diet or fall back on when you need to regain balance
in your life. With the addition of brown basmati rice, steamed vegetables,
garlic, onion, ginger, and turmeric, along with a dollop of low-fat yogurt,
you have a very nutritious and filling meal.
This recipe is very good for anyone who is recovering from an illness;
someone who is fatigued; and for people with digestive problems. It is
also good for general cleansing-detox at the change of season.
Ingredients:
1 cup mung beans
1 cup basmati rice
9 cups of water
6-7 cups chopped assorted vegetables (carrots, celery, zucchini, broccoli,
etc.)
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 onions, chopped
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 ginger root, minced
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 heaping teaspoon turmeric
1 heaping teaspoon cumin powder
1/4- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chilies
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
Seeds of 5 cardamom pods
1-2 tablespoon Sea salt
Wash beans and rinse at least 3 times. Look carefully for any little rocks,
and take out.
Clean and cut vegetables. Heat oil in large frying pan. Add onions, ginger,
and garlic, spices and salt. Sauté over medium-high flame until
brown. Add this mixture to the pot with beans and water.
Add all ingredients BUT RICE and let boil over medium-high flame. When
the beans have boiled into a gravy looking liquid, about 60 to 90 minutes,
add rice, lower heat to simmer , and let cook for another 20 minutes.
This dish is easy to digested, and is excellent for the sick, the elderly,
and young children, but in those cases make it less spicy. Kombu seaweed
enriches this recipe with minerals and helps make the beans more easily
digestible.
